This roadside hotel exceeded expectations! Clean rooms, comfy beds, private bathrooms. The restaurant serves amazing local food. Friendly staff, enthusiastic owners. Highly recommend!

There was nothing I didn't like.

Individual chalets with space to sit outside. Pool was good on hot afternoons. Local area very picturesque. Auberge food was of a good standard.

All the staff were very freindly and although very basic it was clean and quiet. I would recomend but highlight the fact that it is very basic.

If you are looking for luxury look elsewhere. The chalet type rooms make you think your at centreparks rather than a hotel.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the value for money was outstanding. Secondly, we loved the attention to detail, especially in the public areas. And thirdly, the location was perfect for exploring the beautiful nearby villages.

Low budget hotel with basic rooms but very clean with a good shower. Nice verandah area outside room to relax and catch the sun. Decent continental breakfast. Happy, helpful staff. Good to use as a stopover if travelling, at low cost.

This quaint French inn provided a relaxing country retreat. the owners were friendly and accommodating, and the on-site restaurant served delicious local cuisine. the location made it easy to explore the surrounding countryside and charming nearby villages.

The beds were a bit uncomfortable, but the cozy cabin atmosphere was worth it.

Auberge de la Manderie was an ideal first night stop-over for us after a long day travelling. Well-located in a peaceful rural area, just outside beautiful Arnac Pompadour. The pool was welcomed by all our group, as was a fine evening meal in the restaurant, followed by a good night's sleep in clean,comfortable,if small,rooms.Staff were friendly,helpful and relaxed throughout.

Lovely food and friendly staff. The restaurant served delicious local dishes and the owners were always smiling and willing to help. The beds were clean and the rooms had a nice shower. The surroundings were quiet and peaceful, perfect to disconnect from the busy city life. , the breakfast was nice.

The cabins smelled musty, and the mattresses could have been more comfortable. The lighting was poor for reading and the location was quite a distance from nearby attractions, not ideal for those without a car.

The rooms are very private away from the main hotel but the plumbing can be noisy - I could hear the shower from the room next door very clearly

A good family friendly hotel, with a good family restaurant. The swimming pool was lovely. Near arnac de pompadour, a very interesting town with chateau, horse racing, horse shows to watch. Good food, on the edge of the Dordogne. Very rural and bucolic. Nice local churches and villages. very sleepy

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was great to have the restaurant on-site, as it made dinner very convenient. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The hotel is also located close to beautiful villages, which was perfect for exploring the area. The rooms on the terrace were a nice touch and offered a pleasant view.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Family run business makes it more personal. We had an evening meal and a lunch the following day both of which were first class cuisine.
